What's in name? To RE/MAX INTEGRITY everything. "It's How We Do Business". RE/MAX Integrity has gone to great lengths and great expense to build a business of highly trained and professional people that are committed to our industry and to our clients. Here is a look at our service philosophies.
 
PUTTING THE CLIENT FIRST.
We never put the transaction or the commission ahead of our clients. Never. We have a legal duty and the moral obligation to represent the best interests of our clients at all times. If it isn't good for you, then it can not be good for us either.
 
HIGHLY TRAINED ASSOCIATES.
We are serious and passionate about education and training of our associates. RE/MAX offers more training hours to their associates than any other real estate company in the world. But that's not enough. At RE/MAX Integrity we augment this training with in house education and training. In addition, over 25% of our associates hold the prestigious CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. (Nationally, less than 5% of Realtors are CRS's.)
 
WE WON'T COMPROMISE OUR SERVICE
There are many flat fee or discount brokerages and agents popping up all the time. You read it and see it everywhere. But don't be fooled or misled by flashy slogans, and empty promies of Full Service at a discount fee. While it is your choice naturally to work with whomever you choose, it is fair to say that these types of brokerages and their associates, can not afford to spend the hundreds of hours in the classroom for advanced education, or spend the hundreds, even thousands of dollars marketing your property that real full service companies and their associates do. It's just a case of simple mathematics. We will never take the approach of lesser service, or lesser trained associates. To do so would mean it's all about the commission and not about the service, which flies in the face of our core philosophy of putting our clients first.
 
FOUR BASICS
Every client and every transaction we are involved with we ask ourselves four fundamental questions. We are passionate about wanting your experience with us to be enjoyable, as well as successful.
1. Were we truthful and competent?
2. Did we represent your best interest at all times?
3. Did we build goodwill and a lifetime relationship?
4. Did we bring you success?
 
FOLLOW THROUGH MAKES THE DIFFERENCE
Finding you a home, or selling your home, in many ways is the easiest part. Even the most enjoyable and fun part. Negotiating your contract requires skill and experience, that's for certain. But did you know that it's during the escrow period where deals fall apart, sales fail or other problems occur that delay or even prevent closing. We will never abandon you. We understand how critical this time period is and how nervous you can be, especially when no one is communicating with you. Staying on top of your transaction and following it through to the end, while keeping you abreast every step of the way is our commitment to our clients.
